Just ordered the APEX comp kit and RAM. I was wondering what all tools I'm going to need for this install? I've been looking for the videos on YouTube to do this and I've found some of them but seams like im missing a few. I've found the comp striker spring install, USB install and ram install but can't seam to find the rest. If any one has put these in a full size 40 how do you like it? I'm going to just use this gun for a range gun and hopefully by the end of the summer get into shooting IDPA matches.

I just installed both in my 9c and mostly all you need is an 1/8" roll punch, brass punch, and hammer. I will say that having a vise is very handy when installing the USB. As to how I like it....I LOVE IT!!!

Also, 1/16" hex wrench for rear sight and a roll of duct tape or whatever to work on. You really do want to have a bench vice with padded jaws to install USB.

While not perfect I threw this together from material I had and it has proven to be very handy for M&P work. Small vice is to hold sear block, not slide. :)
