Apex Tactical FSS problem

I just installed an Apex FFS kit in my M&P 9mm. The install went surprisingly smooth, as long as I took my time, that is until I was all done. The AEK trigger it self rubs ever so slightly against the bottom of the trigger guard. Everything else works great and the trigger seems to function properly (without firing it). Has any body had this problem and what was your solution?

Something is amiss here. The trigger shouldn't be that long. What did Apex say about it?

Agreed. I've done three of them and never had the trigger touch the trigger guard. You may want to disassemble and try again. I have had excellent experience with Apex Tactical providing detailed answers to any questions/concerns I've had. You should email or call them.

I did this last night so they were closed. I am waiting for them to open and will be calling first thing.

I installed the Apex trigger set in my new M&P9 today. had the same issue, it was close but rubbed ever so slightly. Considering mine has already been crippled, I just sanded down the bottom of the trigger guard. Didn't take much material off, but fixed my problem. Also found out that the new M&Ps have the universal sear block and will not accept the RAM.
