Quick question all.
Got about 800 rounds though my SD40VE now.
Half of those with the apex trigger AND spring kit.

Went shooting with pops over the weekend, and I noticed the trigger pin was starting to back itself out the left side a few mm.
I pressed it back in, you can feel/hear it "click or snap"...
then it started to come out just a hair again.

I am 100000% certain the pin is in the correct way (deeper groove in the center, less noticeable groove on the left side)

When I insert a mag, I pull back on the slide and let it shut.
My dad, when using my gun, just presses the slide release down.
I'm wondering if putting all that pressure on the slide release (not exactly thick metal) is somehow making that trigger pin slip a bit.

I'm also 100000% certain I put the trigger spring back in correctly. I looped it underneath and then walked it back around the top just as the Apex tech in the video said to do.

I put a warranty call into SW about the possibility of needing a new trigger pin, maybe even a slide release.

Just wondering if any of you had the same issue or have heard of it. I put about 200 down range each trip.
I also clean and oil the gun after every trip.
Still a HUGE fan of this gun. Getting read to possibly buy the GF a SD9VE...

My stock SD40VE does the same thing.
It has never posed a problem as far as functionality is concerned, so I just live with it and pop it back in when it pops out...

One great big festering neon distraction

Just for curiousity's sake, what grain are you shooting?
It never posed a problem for me...yet. But I don't want to chance it...

Mostly 180 grain, with a few 155's and 165's.

I've had just the opposite problem. Doing the spring kit upgrade on a SD9 and was unable to get the pin to come out.
