I have taken ACV with Mother daily for years. I pour about a tablespoon (a one thousand count) in a glass and top with about a half cup of water. I use White House Organic ACV which is cheaper than Braggs.

There are all sorts of claims that I can't verify, but I have less gastrointestinal issues than my abstaining wife. It is supposed to help with blood and I get good marks every year.

I recommend you start with a small amount to avoid issues that some folks get when they take too much. Increase the amount of ACV and water as you get used to it, but don't use more than two tablespoons.

Just do it.

If you don't like the taste you can take pills.

I've been taking ACV with mother for years, about a tablespoon and a half in 3 or 4 oz of cold water. I used to drink it straight but it tastes better diluted and straight there is a possibility that the acid will weaken tooth enamel. I usually buy mine at Aldi.

Good for digestion and helps quell my sugar cravings. I don't think there is a downside if you dilute it.

It’s like human drain O’. I do a shot of it every night before going to bed and it helps my digestive problems. It will also help you keep weight off if you like to eat late snacks. When you first start using it it can cause constipation so make sure you include fruit in your diet.

I've suffered with leg cramps since my teens, mostly waking at night with severe cramps in my calves or thighs. About 5 years ago I saw an article in a magazine about a university that had done research on athletes and cramps and one of the conclusions was that the use of vinegar helped relieve cramping. After further reading, I found that the use of 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of vinegar would help relieve or prevent cramps, so with nothing to lose, I gave it a try. After some experimentation, I found that by taking 1 tablespoon of 5% Heinz ACV mixed with V-8 or tomato juice before bedtime, I have eliminated the night time cramps that plagued me for years. No more doing the "war dance" at 0 dark thirty in the morning!
I don't know if it helps with anything else but it sure has helped me.

My lost Chinese medicine practitioner friend once told me in China they soak peanuts in vinegar and ate a handful throughout the day, because the vinegar helps keep the arteries/veins flexible, I don't know if he meant it kept them clean or if it directly affected the cells structure.
