Are magazines interchangable

I have a FS M&P 9 that has the 17 round magazine in it. I was wondering if the 10 round FS magazine could be used in this gun. I was just wondering in case BOs ban goes through.

Yes, a 10 round mag (from Mass. or Calif. compliant guns) for a FS M&P9 will fit your pistol currently equipped with a 17 round magazine. You may wish to pick up additional high cap mags if you can find them. You could probably buy them from some of our fellow gun owners from the Peoples Republic of New York , since they now have less than a year to sell off their high cap mags outside of NY state!! Failure to comply will constitute a misdemeanor (if Comrade Coumo was really serious, it would be a felony!)

Yes, the 10 round for the full size pistol will work.
