Tonight's the night and the boys in Red Stick have got to be beside themselves. They won't find out until just before kickoff if he's going to play, knowing if he does LSU faces certain devastation.

Tebow........Tebow........Tebow. :D

Seriously, this suckers going to be awesome! Man, it'd be great to be there.

The atmosphere is going to be absoultely electric I can guatantee you. I've been to LSU when they hosted game day back when they played Georgia (and went on to a national champoinship) and it was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. People have been drinking and partying since last night. Two weeks ago, I figured that LSU would get their rears handed to them. Unfortunately, after last weeks Georgia victory, I drank the kool aide and now believe the Tigers are going to win going away. I hope I'm wrong, but ....HEY look at Florida's schedule-who have they played???? I mean they barely got past Tennessee for cryin' out loud. LSU is their first real team they have played. They have not been in a real game since last year....Tebow is a has been, Urban Myers can't coach out of the swamp....DAMMIT!!!!!!! I GOT TO CUT THAT OUT!!!!! QUIT DRINKING THE KOOL AIDE.

Anyway.....whatever happens, always remember this- the SEC rules and the conference champion WILL be the best team in the nation regardless of who it is.

It's going to be great. If not for a recent surgery, I would be there to join my son at the game.

Crazy but, I think I'd rather Tebow start. Let's let the Tigers quiet those that think they are not worthy of their ranking (or legitimize their opinions).

Go Tigers !!!

With the exception of quarterback, and perhaps just a touch of an edge in the offensive line, LSU is every bit as good as the Gators IMHO. Those kids have nothing to be ashamed of. Seems like it was two evenly matched titans going at it which is why the game didn't have the fireworks I had expected. Just too evenly matched.

Haven't seen anybody else even close to those two teams this year. Bet that's your number one and two at the end of the season. A rematch in a bowl game at the end of the year, when LSU has a little more experience, would be a toss up. Could it happen?

You're right about the kids not having anything to be ashamed of. The Florida defense was particularly impressive. LSU played as well as possible, on this day, against a superior team.

Not having an experienced quarterback does limit LSU but, it is the level of coaching that separates these two teams (imho). LSU doesn't execute as well as Florida did and they are a less cohesive unit.

LSU does match up well against powers such as Florida and Alabama but, I would be surprised if Florida doesn't take it all the way this year.

Not that I'm giving up hope, though, Bob. It could happen. :)
