I have had my 9mm Shield for a little over a year now. First hand gun. Finally started shooting it. I am waiting patiently for my conceal & carry permit to come in the mail. Wearing my Alien Gear IWB holster around the house and outside to kind of get the feel and break it in sort of. Looking forward to read and learn from this forum.

Welcome .. from Central Illinois !! has been taking about 10 weeks to get your permit after sending everything in what an instruct told me 2 weeks ago .. that is info he got back from students in his class .. I got mine over a year ago and was 9 weeks to the day .. but all according to the number requested at any one time I guess ..
