The following were at the Gun show in Fairbanks today. 4" Nickle model 27 excellent condition $600, three model 28 two with 4" bbl at $475 & $500 1 with 6" bbl at $550, model 65 3" bbl as new $500, Model 1917 parkerized no lanyard loop or military markings $500, Model 58 6" bbl very good $575 (would negotiate $), model 19 4" excellent $475, a pre model 29 with some carry wear on bbl as expected 6" $1000, A couple model 10 both very clean for $400 ea., and the two that came home with me an as new model 60 with box, paper work wrapping paper etc. $500 and a model 657 with the grips from the classic hunter excellent condition $450. There were two nickle model 19 4" bbl., which were $450 each. That seller was making some reasonable deals just an hour into the show. He had the 657 I bought at $500 and dropped it to $450. The only no budge gun I saw was the model 60 I bought but it was so clean and complete I had no problem saying sale. I even left with enough money to get a coffee on the way out.
Hope these prices are of some interest.

Model 58 6"?? I was unaware of anything but 4 inchers. Was this a customized critter? Would be an interesting specimen if it was.

I would say the rest of the prices were very interesting. Sure beats the prices around here.

Iggy, I may be mistaken on that one. I will ask one of my friends to take a look he has a table next to the one with the model 58.

I really think that here in Georgia is the worst place for gun show prices.Everything seems to be at least 25% more than it sholuld be and they won't budge much.

Well cold, you must have bought that 657 from me..The 4" nickle M27 was priced at $900 though, it was mostly for display. I bought a 3.5" 27-2 in exc. cond. for $525 (steal of the show) and a VG to Excel. M17 no dash for $450. and went home happy

did you go day 2, that was the best day for smiths, one of the exibitioners brought in a couple boxes of guns that hadn't seen the light of day in years, thats where I got mine.

mtime Between what you had and some others, the fellow down stairs with things in the glass case it was the best selection I have seen in years. Sorry about miss pricing your model 27. Now if this keeps up I'm going to sell my para ordnance and glock and keep enjoying revolvers. I'm beginning to find the J frames to be a bit like puppies hard to turn down. Best to you.

the guy with the case, Jens, is a good guy, I am guessing you got the M60 from him
