While this is an ATF document, I believe that Eric Holder will decide this. I've heard this is different than in the past where the ATF made the decisions. I doubt our opinions will matter much to him.

Shouldn't the ATF be worried about how its going to recover the hundreds of firearms it handed over to the Mexican cartels? Seems to me like they have bigger fish to fry right now. Especially since one of their border specials was used by a drug runner to kill a Border Patrol agent.
