Attention Eagle Scouts

Just been thinking"Too much time on may hands" how many Eagle Scouts we have on this site. I received my Eagle Scout and Order of the Arrow in November 1964. Also I will be ordering the Eagle Scout knife today.

Do they have one for the fat kid who liked to build bonfires? Not too many Eagle Scouts came out of my troop. I don't remember anybody above 1st Class.

Handsome knives to be sure and for certain.

Never got that far, only made it to Webelos. Dad had enough of my nonsense when I complained too much about us not camping enough!! :D

The scouts are great I think. I also think they should consolidate boy and girl scouts into just "scouts" but that's neither here nor there.

Nice knife, I’ll have to get me one.

Order of the Arrow ‘81

I ordered one for my son who made Eagle in 2004. He's flying "home" the middle of next month and will receive it when he gets "home". Ordered it Wednesday night and it arrived today (Saturday). Engraving could be better but all in all a nice looking knife.

Eagle 1969, OA before that, don't remember when off hand. Took a troop to Idaho in 1969.
Terms as Scoutmaster / Asst. SM in four US cities and another in Europe while assigned there.

WoodBadge 1976. Five trips to Philmont.

All came to a crashing end for medical reasons. I still do a merit badge class now and then.

Never got my Eagle, only reached Life Scout, other endeavors got in my way as a youth. Taped out for the OA in 1961. Years later I was active with several Troops. I still get a call once in awhile to help with Scouting Heritage merit badge.
