Recently, I viewed a thread in which several of our members discussed book publishers. Over the years, I've seen posts discussing individual forum members and their writings. It made me wonder just how many members are published authors.

If you write books or periodical articals, let us know the titles of your works.

Friend of mine, Hal Williams wrote "Monkey Boood" which I enjoyed thoroughly. Hal is a shooter and all around good guy.

Set in Africa in the mid '50s it follows a band of mercenaries as they act as a stealth team. Lots of shooting, grenades, a garrotting and one guy gets run over by a VW truck. No gratitious sex unfortunately.

Not in paper, but you can get in ebook from Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Check it out.

No books yet, although I hope to finish the first this year, a detective novel. About 4500 magazine articles, many on guns and knives, some not, and some newspaper articles.

Have writen about 50 artikles about revolvers, gunshows, visit to the Royal Armoury and other things like reloading. But there is one problem.

They are all in Dutch.

I have committed gun prose.
Some published in regional some in national magazines.
Also two and a half novels, unpublished novels.
Thinking about trying to e-book one of them this year.

Google "Graunch Solution". I wrote that in 11 days back in 2004. If you buy a copy, or download, I get a pittance of money. Rattles cup.

I wrote what I suppose amounts to hundreds of features and columns for periodicals, mostly hook-and-bullet pubs like Rocky Mountain Game & Fish, Trapper & Predator Caller, North American Bear Hunter, Arizona Hunter & Angler, Arizona Wildlife Views, and etc. I came to what little is left of my senses and quit doing this years ago...

Wrote Tech-Tip for a couple of periodicals targeting broadcast engineers several years ago. Most were low cost solutions to common problems. Best part was cashing the checks.

The Dragonbone Sword (Fantasy novel, first in the series. Also available in electronic format)
The Fires of Paradox (Fantasy novel, second in the series, electronic format as well.)
Twists & Turnings (Book of short stories)

Also threw together a Bound Book for C&R record-keeping, seems to be my best seller to date!

I use Lulu as my printer/publisher due to a bad experience with PublishAmerica some years ago.
