Back from my 1st hunt! Wild boar in TN at Croy's Cabins!

Yesterday I was able to talk with the (now retired) co-worker who sold me the Marlin. He's been retired around 11 years and I haven't seen him in around 5. I showed him the photos and told him how much I love the rifle he sold me 22 years ago. He said I made his day. Then he corrected himself and said I made his year!

Mmmmmmm! Sausage patties and scrambled eggs for my wife this morning!

I certainly am glad that you gentlemen had a positive experience in the Great State of Tennessee! My complements on a very nice, well documented post!

I was looking at ham glazes and ribs rub at the store today. I'm off Monday and Tuesday so I'm going to defrost some and cook it for dinner. Very exciting!

I hope your ribs work out better than my boar ribs. They had very little meat and were so tough that all I could do was lick the sauce off of them.:)

Here is my boar from 23 years ago. I shot it with a 44 magnum.
