Bad experience with S&W Customer Service and Warranty Repair

Bought a new Model 41 Performance about 9 weeks ago. It would not reassemble after 3 weeks. Sent it back for warranty work over 6 weeks ago. They lied and said it would take 3-4 weeks. NOPE! I have been misinformed by 4 different agents about their repair time. They keep moving the repair time back to where one agent told me it's 8-10 weeks. They don't let you talk with a supervisor. I have left 3 voice messages with 2 different supervisors, (PAUL) and (KATE). They would not return my calls. Bought a new Victory several months ago that had stove pipes and FTE out of the box and was unshootable. I fixed it by moving the ejector 2mm in towards the center that worked. Learned this on the internet since its a long standing issue with that gun and the fix was online. NO QUALITY CONTROL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Extremely frustrating To Deal with because they flat out LIE and don't care at all about their customers at least not this one! If you don't believe me take a look at Complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. BUYERS BEWARE!!
