I was watching this episode of A&E's "The First 48", and thought a weapon seized by the Dallas PD in the episode looked familiar.
Sure enough,a later close up confirms its a fixed sight S&W Model 639. It was sadly employed to deadly effect against a man who didn't deserve what happened to him.
