Bathing Your Cat

We had a cat years ago that wasn't so hot on baths but loved being vacuumed. She's come running every time the vacuum cleaner was turned on!
Every other cat we're had was scared to death of vacuums.

Once many years ago my wife decided that her cat needed a bath. I was in the Army at the time so I bought home a pair of those steel embedded leather gauntlets we used for stringing concertina wire. Penny prepped the kitchen sink, I grabbed the cat and placed the cat in the sink. The cat started to fight so I pushed the cat completely under water. After a couple seconds I pulled the cat out, held it at arms length, looked it in the eye and said "This will go worse for you than for me if you don't calm down." Penny finished bathing the cat without further theatrics. That was one smart cat, knew when to pick it's battles.

Years ago we had a female Rottweiler who had a pet Tomcat. She'd pin him down and groom him for hours. He didn't like it and given a chance would break and run. She'd catch him and start all over again. Finally one day he managed to get away and we never saw him again. I wish I'd have Videoed the deal. My Son saw it too. It was really funny.

I saw this on tv the other day,
