bayonet ID

I saw this bayonet at a recent auction and I can't ID it...The front mounting ring looks K98?

Something in the back of my mind says it's what was called "ersatz" bayonets that Germany used, (at least the handles). However, it also looks like a Canadian Ross in a way.

Any ideas?
