On my list of ways to go out—with having a heart attack in the saddle with a young “filly” (if you catch my drift) as being at the top of the list—bear attack would rate at about 10,000,000 at the bottom of the list.

Not sure that would have been Nelson Rockefeller's top preference, but we can't ask him about it. I always wondered what happened to that young "filly" but I'll guess she gave up on senior citizens after that incident.

Beer bong for bears.
Take a 3' piece of 3" schedule 160 pipe and slide a piece of 2 1/2" round stock 3" long inside 1 end, leaving 3/4" sticking out. Weld this in place using 7018 rod to make a fillet 3/4". Drill 1/8" hole in pipe right in front of plug. Stick in enough blasting cap wire to stick out muzzle. Attach both pieces of wire to some steel wool, then pull steel wool and wire back down pipe to bottom. Freeze 16 oz beer of choice, Insert 4oz of 2FF black powder in pipe followed by frozen bear wrapped in paper towels to 2.62" size of pipe ID. Insert 4oz of honey in pipe. Roll out wire to battery and wait for bear.

I'm guessing that beast would choose a hearty brown ale!
Tannarite much easier.
And when you're in Australia, you have to watch for those pesky kangaroos. They go for beer with lots of hops.
