Are you looking for pouches that will fit on any standard belt?

If that's not a specific requirement, you could get some manner of molle system... either a belt or vest... or even a drop leg system. Once you have that you'd be able to use any mag pouches like the ones at the link below. They offer a lot of flexibility.
