Folks, after owning both Apex and Grayguns PELT2 flat triggers and having them installed on my P320's, hands down the Grayguns Flat PELT2 trigger is way better and here is why.
APEX Flat Trigger: (installed on 3 P320s)
- average pull weight of flat trigger is 5.1lbs.
- Has a fair amount of undesirable creep not good
- Also tried their Forward Set Trigger bar and it increased the weight and ended up having to uninstall it.
- Also the pretravel and overtravel I found not to be so good.
Grayguns PELT2 Trigger
- Average pull weight is 3.8 to 4lbs and 1lb lighter than Apex
- very crisp trigger pull
- Less overtravel than Apex and less pretravel
- better machined, tolorances are more exact. seems like every trigger is hand crafted and the consistency was better than Apex I felt.
The only thing that Apex had over Grayguns is Apex is much cheaper but then again you get what you pay for
