$$ Best Price?

Hey All,
I'm about to purchase a new S&W M&P FS .40 and wanted to know where do you think I can get the best price for one. My LGS has them (M&P FS 9mm thru .45) regularly for $500 and I've got a coupon for $50 off. I don't qualify for Bud's prices as I've never been a LEO or 1st responder. So what do you all think? $450 without the need for shipping. Thanks

Buy it!!! Personally I love a deal but don't worry to much about the purchase price of my guns. Thats the cheap part of the equation after you add extra mags, holsters, lasers, and tens of thousands of rounds of ammo. If $50 determines if you can afford the gun you should not buy it.

You mentioned Buds. Did you see the current price of the range kits? 40 is $492 and 9 is $517. You make up a lot with the kit. You get an extra mag ($30 - $45 value), Dual mag carrier ($25 value?), Uplula ($30-$35 value), OWB holster (? value), ear plugs and a hard case. You could possibly save money going this way, I wish I had.

Why do you not qualify for Buds? Never ordered from them yet but plan on very shortly.

The savings of $50 won't be deciding IF I get the gun. The gun WILL be mine (LOL) but if I can save some $$ I will. Old habits are hard to break and now days it helps to shop around. Besides I enjoy the challenge of the hunt, so to speak.

Well, it was a great price before they raised it $20 to 499.99.
