Fired 110 rounds at the range today (675 total). No FTF's or FTE's until around the hundred round mark when this last case in the 10 round mag gets stuck in the mag after the slide locked back and didn't eject.

I've been uncomfortable with the random ejection since new with brass thrown anywhere from dropping at my foot to 4' to 11'. Most to the right, some to the left and some straight back. Not a confidence inducing situation for a self defense CCW. My .38+P J-frame Airweights will continue to stay in my pocket.

Was at the range as well today and put about 180 rounds through my BG 2.0. No issues whatsoever. I have about 500 rounds total through it and have had no trouble. Also had my two original Bodyguards with me and they also had no issues.

Was firing Remington 95gr FMJ rounds

OP, what type of ammo were you using?

It looks like it needs a good cleaning.

As Bob asks, what ammo?

Yes that was toward the end of the range session, so dirty for sure, (I keep my guns cleaned and lubed after each range session). Ammo was a mix of 50 Federal 95 FMJ, 50 Fiocchi 95 FMJ and ten rounds of American Gunner (Hornady) XTP. The case that got stuck in the feed lips of the mag was Fiocchi.

My only problem with the gun since new has been the crazy random ejection pattern. Hit in the noggin twice and many barely pop out out and land at my feet. Others land 4 to 11 feet away. I attributed it to a tight extractor and heavy recoil spring. Even though I never had any failures in 650 rds, I always felt like a FTE was inevitable. Finally happened today.

I haven’t had an ejected issue yet in 1200 rounds but there have been some oddball issues reported with gun - I consider FTFs/battery, stiff mags pretty common.

I don't consider any of those issues including a FTE acceptable on a carry gun intended for self defense.
