The original Bodyguard rear sight is the same size, while the front is different from anything I know of, but I was able to make it work.
I bought two Tru-Glo sight sets to get what I wanted. The set for the original Bodyguard gave me the rear sight which required some fitting. I used a small belt sander to remove a little at a time, material from the bottom until it would tap in properly. I then cold blued and installed it.
For the front one, I got the closest I could find, which is the set for the Shield EZ9. The sight was close, but could be pushed in with my thumb. I used Permatex orange threadlocker on it and believe me, it's holding very tight, but could be driven out with a punch or sight pusher. Just make sure it's perfectly centered when installing.
It helped tighten my fifteen yard groups and works much better for me than the original sights. The orange and the tritium are much brighter than the factory one. The rear has tritium in it too. Great day or night.
