BG vs LCP

They're about equal in length. Initially, the BG is a little stiffer. The BG does have 2nd strike capability as opposed to the LCP.
The BG is imo the far superior Bug IF , let me stress IF you get a good one.
And the laser doesn't even enter into the equation as I really wish it could be bought without... Definitely a weak link in the firearm as deployed presently.
Let's face it, If S&W would deep six the cheesy laser , put a good set of night sights on, give us a reasonable 6lb trigger and really, I mean really address the reliability issues, yes they have made some progress but not %100 there yet, they would be right there with the Sig P238 which sells easily for $200 more at present time.
If you go to Ruger forum many that are interested in the LCP are complaining about the Long hard Trigger... Sound familiar? I believe the LCP is suppose to clock in around the 6lb mark.
I'm betting my BG is not far off that presently..
And as soon as S&W sends my BG back to me I will try to find out...

The form factor of the BG380 is almost a home run imo.

LCP's usually have a 5-5.5 pound trigger pull, with a little stacking at the very end. I haven't got an exact measurement of BG triggers, but I've read they can get up to 15 pounds. I've tried both in shops side-by-side, and the BG trigger seemed miserable in comparison, with horrible stacking.The sad thing was that a TCP I also tested had the best trigger. One would think it would be the other way around...
Not sure what Smith thinks they're doing.
Please don't be too harsh with the critisicm. I'm only 12.

Boris you hit it right on the head about the night sights vs the laser. Would love to see the gun without the laser.
