I have two BG2.0s (one to shoot, a lot, and one to carry)
I have five 10 round magazines, and all are feeding fine.
The issue is capacity; some can be easily loaded to full capacity, others require real effort for the 10th round with the LULA.
Inserting those magazines against a closed slide is virtually impossible. Carrying a full loaded one, for a tactical reload, is equally impossible.
Other mags insert, loaded, without drama.
For the moment, those mags are kept for spares for carry.
Is anyone else experiencing issues filling magazines?

Right now I only have the 10 & 12 round ones that came with the pistol, but no issues with those two. :)

All of my 12 round mags are hard to top off, but they will by using the Uplula. Loading the mag against the closed slide is also hard but I do it by pushing down against a table. The gun shoots just fine with the full 13 rounds in it. If you need to do a reload with the mags topped off, go to slidelock.

Same boat, got the original 10&12 mags when purchased. After 3K rounds I can load 10 mag by hand, 12 round mag I can do 9 by hand. My normal loading is with an Upula, I'm 64, why make things difficult. My 12 mag probably would be easier to load by hand but I only use it at the range, I carry my BG 2.0 with 10 mag which fits perfect in my hand.

No issue with either mag being installed with slide closed.

The only failure to feed I've had with my BG2 is with the 12-round mag loaded. I sling-shotted the slide and the round did not go to battery. Not knowing why it did not seat into the chamber, I removed the mag and ejected the round. I put the mag back in, sling-shotted the slide, and it fired all 11 rounds. I put the round that did not go to battery into the empty mag and it fired.

It takes a sharp pop to the base of a fully loaded 12-round or 10-round mag to seat into the grip with the slide closed. After about 150 rounds the mags did not change.

Because I want ZERO failures with my defense carry, I load the 10-round with 9 and the 12-round with 11.

My Sig P365 micro has never had a failure, however, because full-loading a mag requires the UpLULA, and I do not like how much force it takes to pop a full mag into the grip with the slide closed, I load the mags with 1 round short of full. With the Sig 12-round mag upgraded with a MagGuts +2 spring kit, I load it with 13 instead of 14.

Mine were tight at first, but after a few hundred rounds I can load them both by hand.

I don't, that's why they invented magazine loaders, but I can.

A good sharp slap on the base seats the mags. Might take two slaps, but they go in without too much trouble.

Lot's of guns have this issue. There's just not enough room left to compress the stack when inserting on a closed slide (or bolt). This is due to either the spring getting fully compressed and bound up (typical) or the follower bottoming out. If there was enough room, you might be able to squeeze in an extra round. This could be an issue in restricted states.

On some mags of mine, I can't even use the uplula for the last round and have to stuff the last round in using my thumb (so I typically skip it).

It does get better with use as things wear in a bit. However, depending on how hard you have to whack it, you can damage/deform the case or possibly damage something else.
