Bg380 problems

I was at the range today, firing my 380when it stopped feeding. I checked it and decided to bring it home. I Had the magazine out. When I tried to disassemble it I couldn't get the slide Togo all the way open. I couldn't find anything blocking it. Any thoughts or should I just call sw? I was just beginning to feel good about the gun

Is it the original model with laser? Could be the laser set screw has backed out.

Yep sounds like the laser screw. Lots of post about it and how to prevent it from coming loose, blue locktite.

Thank you. Which screw is it? The one you need to remove the slide . I can't get the slide all the way back to remove it. It will go almost all the way but stops short by 3/16 ths of an inch. I'm starting to feel real stupid about this.

Had the same issue with mine. The laser screw was the culprit. I tried multiple times to rack it and while gently tapping and jiggling it in between tries, the screw moved enough to allow the slide to move all the way rearward. I then disassembled it and removed the laser cover and laser. The screw remains in the cover. It was scraped up fairly good.
