I recently discovered TDS and just received my 2nd order from them (2.5?). It arrived pretty fast and was in fine order except that one item was not right. I immediately shot an email back telling them about the situation and not even 16 hours later the correct item was on its way (bright and early the next business day)!
TDS just made a customer for life. I have never had a customer service situation resolved so quickly and with no hassle whatsoever! I can'y say enough about the company.
(This is the second time I wrote this, had a connection hiccup with the first one, it sounded alot better
