Big Green Egg Grill

Charcoal trick—lay your bag out flat. Split bag stem to stern with with your pocket knife and spread open where you can see the contents. Load the biggest chunks in the bottom. Then stack next biggest, on up to the small chunks. This will keep ash from clogging up the bottom grate and it will draft way better for longer.
 
In San Antonio I buy 2 bags of green egg lump coal for a little over $50 for both. You need to find a green egg distributor.
 
My BGE sits on the back porch, my BIL does all the fancy cooking for family events.
My grandkids tried to move it (have steel bench with good wheels) and they couldn't. Youngest kid asked "Grandpa what do you use it for?"
I replied, "Honey, it keeps the house from blowing away in a tornado!!
