Blazer .22LR 525 rd box 15.99 and free shipping

I put a order in for magazines, got a comfirmation email but later when I checked my order, it said that I have not placed a order. This was about a 6 hour difference in time. Check bank and no money was taken out either. So something is wrong like being over flooded with orders or something. Also that comfirmation email said their hours are 9am-5pm est time, monday-friday. So no chance of finding out whats up, till monday. Just thought I would let people know.

Thanks PapaBear!!!

I gave you a 'like' for this post. I appreciate the tip and I bought three bricks.

My target rifles love this ammo, I don't know why. The really expensive .22 ammo they don't shoot as well as the Blazer ammo. Oh well, good for my wallet!! :D

Thank you for this post. PSA is right across the river from me and I had no idea they were selling CCI AR Tactical w/ no tax and free shipping.

Score on 10K rounds! That should keep me busy for a month. :)

Hey strobro32, is that company reliable? Reason I ask is I got a few emails from them regarding my order and the last one seems a bit weird. It says something in the lines of, "I'm also weary of online orders." Has a smiley face at the end too. Thought it was kind of strange for a customer service rep to say something like that . Thank you.

They have done right by me the 3 times I've ordered through them.

Well 22 gone

I got a bit of 357 and 40 reasonable
Thanks Hank

Palmetto is pretty awesome. Fair pricing and amazing sales($50 stripped lowers? Yes, please!). They have gotten really popular, kind of more than they can handle as I've heard shipping times can be a bit slow sometimes. I've ordered ammo from them once and it got here no prob. Plan on getting my lower parts kit there & 1,500 rounds from them.

Checked the PSA site this morning (8:45am) and it shows both the Blazer ammo & the 15-22 mags. Out Of Stock. :(

I was just notified this morning of a complication with my order. I might have my first problem with PSA. I guess we'll see how good their CS is.

Word on the street is that Stav crashed the system by placing his order for 80,000 rounds IN ALL CAPS.
Sorry, Stav, just couldn't resist taking a jab! :)

I see the Blazer ammo is not jacketed or plated, just lead. I'd always been told (when shooting from my target days) to never shoot lead at supersonic speeds, just plated. So while I could have bought this, or other lead bullets for a $1 more at Palmetto, I opted for Federal Champion jacketed for $17.99 for 525 rounds. I personally will always opt for those over the plain lead, for a couple bucks more.

I'm guessing that many/most of you don't mind lead in your 15-22s?

Cool! Yeah, that's a little "spendier" than I want to be right now. Mr. smiley-face is green with envy. :D

There is NO jacketed .22 LR; it simply doesn't exist. All .22 LR is either plain lead or plated.

FWIW, I've been shooting plain lead off and on for 40 years with no particular problem. All you have to do is clean the barrel a little more often.

That's why I called it jacketed/plated.

Well, I've never shot supersonic lead, and I don't think I'm going to start now. I just bought my 15-22, from Palmetto Armory, in fact, in Friday, and then recommended only plated, when I mentioned their sale ammo. They have other ammo in the store now at $14.99/500, but I paid the extra for plated. That's just me, and obviously a lot of people don't mind the lead. I shoot nothing but lead (subsonic) in my target .22 pistols, and used to shoot lead subsonics in my .45, but anything higher than 1090fps is going to be plated, for me.

Got my order today. Magazine was in the plastic package from S&W. Rounds were in the same box as posted on the site. Same boxes that I buy from Dicks for 19.99. I hope they run deals like this more often.

Just called em

SURPRISE they are SLAMMED with orders....:D

So Not worried... they just asked to give them 3-5 days to ship.....

Worth the Price Savings for sure

I got my order today also. Like mr2r6 said, my 15-22 mags were in the original S&W packaging and the Blazer .22 looked just like I would buy elsewhere. My lower parts kit was well packaged also. Lightning fast (free!) shipping. PSA has definitely earned my business.
