An old friend of ours stayed over and informed us that different blood types had different diet and exercise requirements.
I have no idea what my blood type is and I'm generally happy that it just stays on the inside.
After he left, we found this article online;
Is There An Optimal Workout For Each Blood Type?

Opinions? Is there any validity?

Zero clue Unless your working out for the Olympics, or training to be a body builder .

I kinda doubt it would matter to the general public that just want to stay healthy or in shape.

I’d be in the “probably doesn’t make much difference to the general public” camp also, but I wouldn’t say it’s impossible either.

Human bodies are complex. Medical researchers keep finding out new stuff and revising old “truths.”

I'm AB+ and my wife is B+. She was a 4.29 High School student and a 4.0 College student. That is the only B+ she got in her life, and it didn't seem to hold her back! :)

I could see in a healthy person that blood type could be a factor in maintaining body fat %, and cholesterol levels. But in people that already have serious medical conditions, and or is on a medicinal therapy. If they don't have access to frequent blood testing (I'm thinking 1 or 2 a month), how would you know if you were helping or hurting your overall health?
