Anyone know where I could buy just the blue followers? I asked SW but they only sell the orange ones.

Get some 25 round long 10 round blocked mags they have blue followers.

No difference, just wanted to match the blue load assist buttons from RavenEye. I neeed like 8 for my existing mags so getting other mags seems counterproductive. Thanks for the input guys.

You are talking about the load assist button. What Im talking about is the follower which is the plastic piece inside the magazine usually orange. The 10 round mags have them in blue. I was just curious if you can buy the blue followers as individial parts.

Thats an interesting alternative. Any exiting threads explaining the process?

Yes there are. I remember looking at it and posting in there.

Now search my padawan learner...

Sorry about that... Didn't think the followers were removable/replaceable (without force, or a saw). Of course, I live in a state where followers are not required... :)

You might check out duracoat. Don't know if it would be better than dyeing, but it seems durable enough for the outside....

So the same process people are dyeing the 10/22 clear 10 rounders. OK. I tried searching for the thread and did not find it, so thanks for clarifying the method. As for painting I got some reservations of messing with the slide operation inside the mag. I would think paint would change the dimensions a bit a might make it harder to slide. Thanks for all the input guys.

Thanks Gopher Slayer

Remove the floor plate and slide the follower out. That's after removing the 10-round limiter pin, of course. :)

Followers not required??? The magazine(s) will not function without a follower. I think you are confusing the follower with something else.

I should quit for the day... :) I was thinking first of the load assist, then of the limiter... Of course, neither is the follower..

I'll keep my "mouth" shut now...
