I was looking at some of the Wilson Combat moon clips in 45ACP. They come in either blued or Nickel (Nickel is more expensive). What's the difference? Are the Nickel ones worth the extra cost? Thanks.

Depends on whether or not you keep your blue ones wiped clean of sweat after shooting.
If you don't, the nickel ones don't rust as quickly.

Nickle ones hold the brass just that much tighter. This helps in the reload. If you are buying Ranch Products go with the Nickel ones. If you are buying Hearthco they are already nickle

I wouldnot opt for nickel finish as you might get flaking of the finsih. Personally use the Ranch Products moonclips which are avilable in either blued carbon or stainless steel - great product and very reasonably priced. You can obtain their phone number form the Ranch Products website to place an order.
