pretty boring Saturday I went to the gym this morning dropped of a jacket for tailoring cleaned the house pretty much that was all. Nothing on TV tonight so I watched the Tom Selleck version of Monte Walsh. The wife watched it with me.

We dropped our cable tv service about a year ago. Got an antenna, get a few stations that way, but for the most part the wife and daughter watch stuff on Netflix and Hulu plus, lots of stuff to watch and only a tiny fraction of what we were paying for cable and couldn't pick what we wanted to watch. Wife has spent the past week watching the 6th season of "Supernatural", daughter is hooked on "Bones". I occasionally watch a movie is about it.

I see that some of the CBS programs are available on the
internet. I also found that there's a ton of stuff on Youtube
as well. A lot of Discovery and History channel programs
are available.

imjin, Are you 100% now, or still recuperating? Didn't you
say you had some sort of problem a while back? In any case,
we'll be outdoors again pretty soon. TACC1

Back around Labor day I had a heart "episode" a small heart attack is what my doctor said so I wore a halter monitor for 3 months and have dropped about 60 pounds. I have been watching my sodium and diet and started out walking and am up to 5 miles a day and in Febuary I joined Golds gym at 10 dollars a month so I go up there 4 or 5 days a week to use the treadmill and weight machines.

I see one doctor on Monday and the cardiologist again in June but so far everything seems to be getting back to normal. I told my wife that I am going to annoy the state and live long enough to spend my pension.

Thanks for asking.
