Agreed. I think I have read all of Michael Connelly's novels about LA police detective and private dick, Harry Bosch. This is one of the few TV series that does the spirit of the original novels justice.

Just finished watching the first three episodes. Quite good so far. Lots of threads in this one; should be quite a finish this season. I see that Titus is the producer this year.
Yaay! Season Three. Not as good as the books, but Titus is growing on me as Harry. Another bennie of Prime. I feel a binge in my future

I have a Samsung Smart TV so it's easy to view Amazon on it from the menu.
On this PC I needed to install Chrome.

I kind of feel the opposite way to a large degree.
While I enjoyed the books that I read, they too often turned him into a cartoon action figure.
I like to read something that doesn't stretch credibility way beyond the breaking point. A little suspension of belief is fine...too much...not so much.

Finished our binge session. Didn't follow the first book all that closely but I didn't expect the third season to following the first book too closely so no major surprise. It may be the best season yet even though it felt like they really slowed down the final three episodes. Set up Season four nicely though.
Can't wait.

As look as it remains good entertainment without a left coast political agenda I'll continue to watch and look forward to season 4.
I have been watching Justified on Prime to fill the time while waiting for Bosch to return...I am hooked but only made it to the beginning of Season 4 and now what to do!!
