Box Question

I was playing in the safe this morning and I got to wondering? What box did the 1950's 4 and 5 screw Pre 28 Highway Patrolman ship in? I do not think I ever saw a box marked for them. If they do exist it would be nice to see a picture.

Well, no one else has responded so I will give it a try. Here is an original box used AFIK until 1966. There was an earlier box, a "Starburst" but I don't know that it was used on a model 28. Note the price sticker for nostalgia. Claymor Sports, Missoula Montana. $85, ca; 1959
