Looking for Winchester 357 mag brass. If I can find it anywhere they want a lot for it. I'd settle for Remington or Federal but can't seem to find that at all. I got excited over a listing for IMI brass but at the end of the ad it had the usual out of stock disclaimer.

I ordered .357 Magnum brass directly from Starline this spring, if I remember correctly I paid $56.00 per thousand. At the time they had it in stock for immediate delivery, you might give them a call.

Truth be told, there are some cals of brass that is getting harder to find. If you want quality 357 brass, then jump in with Starline. Buy from their web site, it is cheaper.
Starline is a quality brass, used by a huge number of shooters, myself included.

I've had good luck buying "once fired" .357 brass from Zero Bullets (ask for Allison).

Starline brass price for .357 magnum is now $67.00 for 500. I don't remember that as being horribly over priced.

They don't have any right now but will have some in a month or so (Starline has been good about delivery dates).

I last bought a 1000 .44 Special and 500 .45 Auto Rim cases. Now, both are backordered and the Auto Rims have no "due date".

Best to order and be patient, I guess.

Fortunately, I'm in good shape regarding brass.

I order from Starline. If they don't have it in stock it usually ships in a couple of weeks. Good brass for a good price.

I saw some Winchester .357 brass at Bass Pro in Shreveport, LA a couple of weeks ago. It seems like the price was somewhere around $20/100 or maybe a little less.

They also had some powder back in stock, but I didn't see any primers laying around. ;)

Gonna get worse. I sold fired range brass for years. All the ranges I bought from now sell theirs as scrap. Local range still thinks he's gonna get $4 per pound, though.

The local range is selling once fired by the five gallon bucket you supply the bucket. I remember 45 acp was 250 dollars a bucket. I know they had 40 and 9s, don't remember the price for those.

I was loading 10mm this weekend and noted that I have fired this group of starline brass 10 times with no problems. At the same time my Federal is splitting after the 6th to 8th reload. I ended up tossing a bunch of federal as it came out of the tumbler with full body side splits.

Seriously consider Starline brass. Good stuff!

I have been looking for 30 Carbine brass for quite a while. I am not too woried as I have 1K loaded ammo ordered from CMP and have 600 empties on hand. I wish Starline sold it though. I really like there 44 spl and 45 AR brass.
