Need more information, Case makes a number of 'old school' pocket knives in that price range.

I carry one a size smaller in an old pager case with a couple of Speed Strips. Nice little knife.
But again, without knowing how you intend to use a knife it's hard to know what to recommend. If you can find a good older (U.S.-made) Schrade Old Timer (carbon steel) or Uncle Henry (440A stainless) for fifty bucks or less, they're good serviceable knives. The stuff wearing the Schrade name now is made in China, and what I've seen doesn't impress me to say the least.
A Case Sodbuster is a very strong and useful larger single-blade knife for heavier cutting.

The Kershaw Leek is a good knife.
Remingtion® 2013 Bullet Knife - "The Forester"
This Remington bullet knife should be a good one if you like a more contemporary style.
Buck® Stockman with Black Sawcut Composition Handle
You can't go wrong with a Buck, but watch out, some of their line is now made in China.
Case® Chrome Vanadium Small Texas Jack with Amber Jigged Bone Handle
....and far as I know, all if Case's knives are made in the U.S.A.
The Kershaw Leek is a good knife.

Kershaw Leek comes immediately to mind. It's one of my favorites, and apparently of quite a few others here, if you read the edc knife threads.

IF you buy a NEW Buck, it's clearly evident on the packaging. USA flag indicates USA-made. No flag = China-made. One of my fave EDC's is a "Ch-uck" stockman I got new for $5 at a gunshow.

I also vote leek i have several kershaw knives including a rainbow leek , great knife , slender for a nice carry extremely sharp , great blade profile and strong. you cannot go wrong with that knife
