I know it's not an S&W but------- I removed the grips on my BM to clean them(looked like paint ) as I had a buyer for it.Now I don't know if the grip removal had anything to do with it,but now I cannot pull the slide back.It worked perfectly before.I don't believe I lost any parts.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

suggestion. go to RimfireCentral.com - Rimfire Community! -- go down to the browning section. click onto the browning section. there are downloable sections to read to see the complete disassembly of the buckmart. when you took off your grips a mag. bar might have fallen out, short slightly bent bar that has to be put back in the correct side in. or the small wire leaver fell on the table. IM me if you have any problems finding the downloads. did you take off the slide? i was having mag. drop during shooting. all it was the screws were loose on the grips.

I had that same thing happen to me when I took off my Buckmark's grips. Something moved out of place; I agree with Bearfoot. It's been so long ago I don't remember what it was.

Also, I just had that issue with the loose grip screws causing the mag to fall out. Who knew?

Otherwise, it's been a good pistol. I've got about 6000 rounds through mine now.
