Buck Hoodlum anyone?

just picked it up. 10" of razor sharp Buck goodness... happy day. i have a feeling its gonna make an excellent camping/backpacking knife.
if your curious, the notch in the blade is for breaking wire and pulling hot pots off the fire.

Looks like a well designed knife! How is the balance, and how does it feel? I'll have to look at one. Don't care much for the name, though.....Edit....just looked it up and see it was designed by Ron Hood...play on his name obviously. I woulda like Ornament, Red Riding, or something like that better.....

it feels real good in the hand, the balance is obviously gonna be towards the blade which will make it an excellent chopper for clearing brush and small saplings,
and the micarta handles arent too rough so i imagine my hands wont take alotta abuse when using the knife hard.
