Was browsing through the Buck knife offerings and spotted this model which looks super rugged and claims to have a super strong lock-up. Made in conjunction with Tops it is now offered with 154CM steel blade and one model comes with a seat-belt cutter and glass breaker. Blade is thick and has a semi-tanto style blade. Just wondering if anyone has one that would care to comment on this model. Have seen it advertised on Amazon for around $84.

I've had one for years along with the tool kit. While I don't carry it often it's a tank of a knife and should hold up well to some considerable use. Pictured below with a Buck/Strider 880SP, another tank of a folder.

Thanks for the reply and the pics. Does look like a brute of a knife for heavy tasks. This one could come in handy even for utility work and the price is reasonable. Have seen the fixed blade version also but for everyday carry this folder even though heavy sounds like a winner.
