Anyone have any experience with the Buffalo Bore .38spl, no.20E20? From what I can find it sounds like an interesting round. Thanks in advance.

I haven't shot this particular round yet, but I can tell you that BB makes top notch ammo!

Agree that BB makes top notch stuff but their +P is too hot for me in my airweight J's. It creates too much recoil for quick and accurate follow-up shots, but if you can handle it no problem.

I shoot the 300 gr. S&W 460 and it is Very high quality..Never shot the .38 though...

The round I refered in this thread is a standard pressure load.

I carry the Std. Pressure in my carry guns. It's recoil is the same or maybe a little less than the classic FBI load. I like it.

The round I refered in this thread is a standard pressure load.

It chronographs just about identically with the good, older Remington +P FBI load I've carried for years, but at standard pressure and with reduced flash. Recent tests (some reported here) seem to show that Remington has watered down the +P 158 grain LSWCHP.

The Buffalo Bore bullet has a gas check, also, and is very soft lead.

I got some of the +p FBI loads and they are HOT! I was considering the standard pressure as well, but ballistics videos on YouTube show that they have problems expanding? My theory is that if you get decent placement with the +p, you won't need a follow up shot! FEEL THE POWER!!!
