You need to get the 'Black Fly' version. It's an upgrade to the original models. Slimmer, easier to cock, no pesky auto safety engagement after cocking, better trigger, more power than the original models.

Bet it would on Lady Bugs too! They are still flying around in Michigan! BobI got one this year for Christmas, and am excited to find a target, but no joy so far.
Winter is not exactly a time when there is a target rich environment.
I dont think I would have guts enough to hunt wasps with it, but let us know how you come out with that hinting trip..![]()
I did load some walnut media in a 38 special, to shoot carpenter bees with. It worked well!
