Some people of my advanced age say they wish they had taken better care of themselves when they were younger.

Thanks to the web we have plenty of new "hold my beer" examples of devilry to inspire us. It just gets harder to do from a recliner.

Actually if I hadn't consumed as much alcohol as I did...I wouldn't have done so many stupid things. Luckily when I was in a very dangerous place...I knew better than to drink and fly. Didn't have to worry about getting a DUI...I Had to worry more about getting DRT..I did try making up for it when I came home...but by then I was over the fascination.

This is never a problem for me. when I run out of stupid things to do I just pick out some of my favorites and do them again. Seems like the older I get the more time I spend trying to stay out of my own way.

For me, more than wisdom comes with age. I'm talkin' about scar tissue...Some of my scars have scars.
I can think of a lot of stupid things to do; it's just how stupid do I feel at the time. Also, chemically-induced stupidity has a fine line along those boundaries. (Alcohol on up!)

back in the late 70's we made pipe bomb for the 4th of July... everybody in the hood had M80's and 1/4 sticks.

Yea but if you stayed sober and didn't do stupid things you would not have any good stories to tell your grand kids
