The pressure cooker thread reminded me of this. A kind of combined pressure cooker/smoker apparently. Does anyone have any personal experience with one of these? I am looking for a smoker and am intrigued by this one. Pricey, I agree. But a whole brisket in 2-3 hours? The few reviews I find online seem generally positive, but I would like to see if anyone here has actually used one or knows someone who has.

brisket in 3 hours? bad idea.
the whole idea with smoking is low n slow.
i smoke brisket overnight n more.
i smoke hams 30 hours.
if you do it faster it might be cooked, but it won't be smoked.
