Will Pete Rose be voted into the Baseball HOF anytime soon now..... ?

If you let him in you might as well let in all the players that used performance enhancing drugs. I have not checked lately, maybe they are all in. I just do not think the Hall of Fame is meant for liars and cheaters. However, times are changing.

No evidence [Joe Jackson] actively participated in throwing the game.
He took money that he knew he was being given in exchange for throwing the games. That, by itself, is bad enough.

Some will say, "But he hit .375 during the series!" Well, look at his hits. He was a power hitter, known for lots of doubles, triples, and home runs. Yet during the series, though he got a lot of hits, they were all singles! Methinks he wasn't really trying his hardest.

Nope. Sorry. I'm not buying it. Taking money to throw games is the very worst thing an athlete can do.

Not so sure on that. See Aaron Hernandez.

Let him in posthumously, he served his sentence. He is already there in stats, so inclusion is just a formality. He was a grumpy dude, so he made a lot of enemies, but so was Marge Schott who brought him back much to the chagrin of a bunch of people.

My grandfather was a huge, big red machine fan. He lived in the Dayton area and he either listened to the games on the radio or watched them on tv. All 168 every year. Rose was a great player no ban can take that from him.
