With Glocks you can change calibers, say from 40 S&W to 9mm by switching barrels and magazines.
Can this be done with S&W M&P 45c pistol?
Thanks

It works for the Glocks because they use a common frame between the 40, 357 Sig, and 9mm calibers. (And the fact that the diameter of their brass is close enough to still utilize the extractor for the larger rounds on the smaller rounds.)
As the 9mm and 40 Shields use a different frame than the 45 Shield someone would have to make either a magazine conversion or a whole new magazine. In addition, they would also have to solve the greater problem of making the extractor of the wider 45 work for the narrow 9mm.

Nope, not even on glocks, sigs or any other gun, there is no conversion from 45acp to 9,40,357.

Glock 21 and 30 "can" be converted to 10mm.....KKM used to/still makes a conversion barrel, but I can't find any available doing a quick search.

I doubt it would be reliable enough to carry, and not sure why someone would want the conversion just for range fun given the cost.
