Unfortunately, the tards in the State Legislature will almost certainly come up with a patch that addresses the issues that caused the unconstitutional ruling, or simply submit yet another bill. I wish that state governments could be held financially accountable when they pass unconstitutional laws. Gun owners are a minority in California, and one of the few that it is still ok to persecute. There is almost no way that Ca gun laws will be fixed through the ballot box. The court system will continue to be the only way to get this crap overturned. Thank god that the legislators know so little about guns and ammo, that they laws they author are unenforcable, or have huge loopholes that can be exploited. Ca still has assault weapon laws on the books, yet more AR 15 pattern rifles were sold here last year than in any other state.
