California question

Does CA consider an antique handgun as a firearm when it comes to shipping one in??
How about C&R from an FFL03 to another FFL03
Do they even admit there is such a thing as an antique or FFL03?

Not an FFL, BUT…. A CA 03 can take possession of an C&R out of state and bring it in, but if shipped it has to go to a dealer.

Not sure about antiques.
