can a 15-22 hang with a 10/22 out of the box?

It would be easy to prove. The Wal-Mart/Cabelas, etc gun would have different part/SKU numbers. The Mfgrs would inventory the different units via part number differences.

I guessin' the gunsmith was whining cuz he can't get the same price discounts as the big guys...
