Thumb break is tough.......................
have used Milt Sparks Summer Specials for Compacts and Centurions for 25 years.....also

MTR yes ( he makes Wilson Combat's leather Beretta holsters)......
Lobo; No, but he has a great reputation on this forum..... I just haven't had a need for his services......heck I'm still using Milt Sparks holsters from the 80s.

How comfortable was the MTR in the summer?
Generally carry a 3913 (or 92 Compact) in a Sparks Summer Special....my MTR is a owb.

I carry my 92 FS full size in an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck original.
