Can anyone tell me anything about my model 10

Hello, I got this gun about almost 2 years ago, and I wanted to know when it was manufactured if I supply the serial #, also can anyone tell me if the grips that are on it if they make a similar set, I just picked up a new model 10 and want to use the same style grips on that one as well. Here is the picture of the model 10.

You have a Model 10-5 from about 1969.

The stocks shown are far from original. They are, in fact, much older. Square butt walnut service stocks with the recessed gold medallion were made from about 1910 until 1919. They were never produced again. Those you have are dented on the bottom but appear to be otherwise in pretty good condition. They may be worth a hundred dollars or more all by themselves.

Your Model 10-5 was issued with checkered PC Magna stocks with no smooth diamond at the screw location. Those would be fairly easy to find for not a lot of money.
